How To Get Maximum Results From Your Pre-enrollee Package

This is written for the person who has recently started using Internet Marketing (Email Marketing) to build their Vemma business. However, the information in here will also be helpful to the member who has not yet started Email Marketing.

One thing to always keep in mind: Internet Marketing is always in flux - i.e. it continually changes as the Internet changes. We are aware of this and are continually monitoring the Internet so as to provide you with the best program available to get you Pre-enrollees, and more importantly, Members.

In the past our team has used various types of leads. Currently we are finding that the best upgrade statistics are being obtained using Guaranteed Pre-enrollees.

Here is how we get Guaranteed Pre-enrollees. We work with vendors who hire professional marketers to send emails out to people who have expressed an interest in a home-based business. When one of these people clicks on a link in an email, a web site appears. Once your potential member fills out a form on the website, they immediately become a Pre-enrollee.

VemmaBuilder then takes over and sends emails out to your Pre-enrollees on a regular basis, encouraging them to become Vemma Members.



Here are tips to get the maximum number of members from Internet (Email) Marketing:



  • The larger the weekly Pre-enrollee package you select, the more Pre-enrollees you get and the more members you get.

    Sixty or more Pre-enrollees a day seems to be the magic number at which you get members.

  • You get the maximum results from your Pre-enrollee package 90 days after you start.

    VemmaBuilder allows Pre-enrollees to remain in their system for 90 days before they are removed. This means that after 4 weeks (1 month) of getting Pre-enrollees you will have 30 days of Pre-enrollees in your VemmaBuilder contact manager, after 2 months you will have 60 days of Pre-enrollees, after 3 months you will have 90 days of Pre-enrollees (this is the maximum number you will have at any one time).

    For this reason, you may or may not see any upgrades the first month. By the second, and especially by the third month, your upgrades will be better and by month #4 they will be at an optimum level. The average amount of time between someone becoming a Pre-enrollee and upgrading to member is 45 days, according to overall VemmaBuilder statistics.

  • To get good results, you need to commit to using Email Marketing for a minimum of 9 months to a year.

    If you quit getting Pre-enrollees before month 4, you won't have reached the maximum upgrade rate for the package you have. You will have quit before you see real results. Consistency is important in any endeavor, but especially when it comes to Email Marketing. We find that those who consistently do Email Marketing for a minimum of 9 months to a year get the best upgrade results.

  • Be sure to Combine Email Marketing with PC Marketing.

    The secret to getting upgrades is for the Pre-enrollees to see others upgrading. If you are bringing in sufficient members via Personal Contact Marketing and email marketing, your Pre-enrollees will see members upgrading. They will get the email that tells them someone upgraded, and because of this they have money coming - this is the email that triggers the greatest number of upgrades. All upgrades, whether from a Pre-enrollee or via your enrolling someone on your myvemma.com site, trigger the same email = the "You have money coming" email.

    Factor this information into the Email Marketing Plan you set up for yourself.

  • Don't start building your Profit Line too soon.

    Guidelines for when to start your Profit line:

    1. Don't start your Profit Line unless you have a minimum of 15 Members on Autoship in your Power Line. Starting too soon means you may have to switch back to building your Power line, if there is not enough volume in that line. You want to wait to start your Profit Line, so that you won't have to revert to building your Power Line.
    2. It is advisable to consult your upline enroller or success coach to double check when to start your Profit Line.
  • It is very important to contact the members you enroll from your Pre-enrollee package.

    We suggest you contact your upline success coach to help you learn how to be most effective in contacting and helping your new members get started.

  • Reply to all emails and phone calls from your Pre-enrollees.

    The Pre-enrollees who contact you via email or phone are the ones who are the most interested in joining VemmaBuilder. If you are unsure what to say when a Pre-enrollee contacts you, ask your upline success coach to assist you with a 3-way call. It is imperative you have an answering machine or voice mail, and that the message you record on it is professional sounding. Send those who contact you via email or phone, the video: “Vemma Scene”.   • Contact those who are listed in your VemmaBuilder Contact Manager with “Return Visits”.

    After someone becomes a Pre-enrollee, VemmaBuilder tracks each Pre-enrollee every time they log into their VemmaBuilder account. The more times a Pre-enrollee looks at the VemmaBuilder program, the more interested they are in starting a business.
